<p>These rehearsals are mandatory.  If you must miss due to a church trip or family vacation that has been previously planned, let the guard captains know- and Ms. Dickerson.</p>
<p>Ms. Dickerson will have a form to fill out for an excused absence.</p>
<p>These rehearsals will probably be outside, dress appropriately (shorts, t-shirt or tank top and TENNIS SHOES- don&#8217;t forget socks, nobody likes smelly feet).</p>
<p>Being in the color guard does require marching!  Bring some water with you and a towel if you think you need it!</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Color Guard Conditioning</span></strong></p>
<p>Friday, June 18 (2-3:30)</p>
<p>Monday, June 21 &#8211; Thursday, June 24 (2-3:30)</p>
<p>Monday, June 28 &#8211; Thursday, July 1 (2-3:30)</p>
<p>Monday, July 5 &#8211; Thursday, July 8 (9-10:30 and 2-3:30)</p>
<p>Monday, July 12 &#8211; Thursday, July 15 (9-10:30 and 2-3:30)</p>
<p>You are required to attend eight conditioning sessions.  This is the equivalent of two per week.  Please aim for that!</p>
<p>If you want to do more, feel welcome!  The first two weeks have four sessions available, you need to attend at least two per week.</p>
<p>The last two weeks have eight sessions available, you still need to attend at least two per week.</p>
<p>If you need to miss and can&#8217;t make it to two one week, the last two weeks have extra sessions in the morning to make up missed sessions.</p>
<p>If you need to do more than 3 sessions in a week to make up for missing previous or expected sessions, you need to talk to Ms. Dickerson.</p>
<p>This is designed to CONDITION you for the activities this fall, YOU CAN NOT GET CREDIT FOR ALL 8 SESSIONS IN ONE WEEK!!!!</p>
